Design leader and storyteller, shaping visual systems that move us

About Me

As a design leader with over a decade in visual, product, and front-end design, I drive systemic impact. Over the past eight years, I've led high-performing, cross-functional teams enhancing product quality through horizontal systems.

At present, I lead the Central Product Design function at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, leading both the Design System and Product Brand Experience teams within the Education pillar.

Before CZI, I headed Product Design at Zoosk, boosting user engagement to foster love connections. Prior, I led the Design Systems Team at Marriott International, spearheading a massive multi-channel redesign of 30+ brand identity systems across digital. Previous to leadership roles, my career began as a designer crafting impactful design experiences for startups to Fortune 500 companies.

“No sensible decision can be made any longer without taking into account not only the world as it is, but the world as it will be.”

Principles + Approach

I believe design is a language that can inspire, connect and move people. I lead by shaping clear stories and visual languages that bring intelligence to life in a deeply human way. I thrive in complexity, helping teams find focus and momentum, and I am driven by a commitment to create meaningful experiences that elevate emotion, clarity and trust across every touchpoint.
